3. Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.

5. If there are any contradictions with anything that has something to do with our website, and/or our Terms Of Service, the Terms Of Service rules are always right and applicable. So even if another page (1) on our website states something that is contradictory to our Terms Of Service, the information on the other page (1) is not observed. Instead, the Terms of Service on our website is always right.

Service

1. This service will only be used for promotional purposes for your videos on YouTube.
2. You will not upload anything into this service’s rotation that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube community.
3. You shall not knowingly exploit the system.
4. The service sometimes might deliver later than the planned date stated on the website’s order page. This can be completely normal. Contact our support team if your order isn’t delivered in time, they will most likely find a suitable solution. Late delivery DOES NOT mean you will get a refund.
5. Late delivery DOES NOT mean you will get a refund.
6. The amount of shares you purchase is not guaranteed. It can be more or less. We are in no way responsible for this.
7. We cannot guarantee how many views, likes, dislikes, favorites and/or subscribers your video will get after buying shares. Also, sharing a video to example 5000 users does not mean all people will actually watch the video. You will most likely get less views. We are in no way responsible for that.
8. Your video(s) are being shared to other YouTube users, there might be some inactive users included. Also, we cannot be held responsible for people saying bad things about anything related to you or your videos.
9. You use this service on your own risk. We are not responsible for any of the consequences that may occur because of using our service. It’s 100% your own (the buyer/customer) risk.
10. People might in some cases unsubscribe to your channel. If this happens, feel free to contact our support. They will probably find a suitable solution. You dont have the right to claim a refund in this case.
11. Fradulent chargbacks or disputes after a service has been delivered will result in your social media page being banned permantly. Only pages/videos which purchase were made for wil be affected.

Advisories

"Viral" - Please be aware of the potential exposure our larger packages may achieve. Once a video has made it in to a certain category such as trending, charts, or the home page of youtube, we are not able to stop or pause the views. - Prior to purchasing a large package it is also advised to not to display personal information on your channel/video if you do not wish to be contacted by a potentially mass amount of viewers.

Liabilities

1. our video(s) are being shared to other YouTube users, there might be some inactive users included. Also, we cannot be held responsible for people saying bad things about anything related to you or your videos.
2. People may in some cases unsubscribe to your channel, If this happens, feel free to contact our support. All of our packages are guaranteed for 36 months, any lost subscribers/followers/etc will be redelivered at no cost.

Disclaimer

1. This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by AuthenticMarketing LLC (authenticviews) is required upon your continued use of our website.
